English Conversation II Midterm Preview

Following, you will see what you should be prepared to answer on the midterm:
- What must you do when emailing anyone you do not know?
- Names of the first 10 units. Provide an example for each unit.
- Small talk: be able to start/finish and also provide other questions and answers during a “small talk” conversation
- Name 3 websites which can help your English. Explain what each of the websites do.
- How do you improve your English (or any language) the best? (Hint: 3 words)
- Provide 3 examples of how you improve your English.
- What are Brandon’s class rules?
- What is the grade composition made up of?
- What does ‘R’ stand for in the acronym ‘ER’? What does Brandon think should be the definition of ‘R’ in the acronym? What are possible words that the ‘E’ represents in the same acronym and may help South Korea moving forward (English, Education, Experience, Ethics, Environment, Economy, Efficiency, Effectiveness)
- Give an example of how Relationships may help you in your life or how they have helped others in their lives.
- Tell me about 3 other students in the class in significant detail
- Tell me the English and Korean names of 7 others in your class
